Virtual Administrative Assistant at Options outsourcing

Virtual Administrative Assistant is needed in company located in Hurghada-Red sea

Job Description:
•Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
•Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
•Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
•Organizing events and conferences.
•Reminding the client of important tasks and deadlines.
•Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
•Managing databases and filing systems.
•Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
•Miscellaneous tasks to support their client, which will vary according to the sector and to the Client's needs.
•Will be involved in customer support if requested.
•Help the client doing researches as requested.

Job Requirements:
Candidates will require to be well versed in the English language.
Computer skill : Excellent in word , Excel
High communication skill
Hard worker
Attention to detail
Organizational skills

Details:
Location Hurghada ( No accommodation)
Salary 5K up To 7K based on interview ,skills and Experience 
Overnight shifts( from 6 pm till 2 am)
