- Creates Manpower Plan
- Supervises Recruitment and Selection Process
- Creates Annual training plan and budget
- Supervises implementing the training plan.
- Supervises Performance Management cycle such as setting company objectives , departmental and individual objectives.
- Updates organization structure and job description.
- Updates career development system.
Job Specifications:
- Candidate must have HR Certificate.
- Min 8 years experiences in Recruitment , Training and performance management.
- Location Zahraa Al Maadi
- People Management is a must.
