Job brief
We are looking for a reliable Financial Manager that will analyze every
day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to
upper management on future financial plans.
The goal is to enable the company’s leaders to make sound business
decisions and meet the company’s objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare financial statements and other reports to summarize and
interpret current and projected company financial position.
2. Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
3. Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the
company should take.
4. Maintain the financial health of the organization.
5. Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in
financial entries, documents, and reports.
6. Monitors compliance with generally accepted accounting
principles and company procedures.
7. Evaluates current accounting practices and policies and drives
continuous improvement.
8. Analyze costs, pricing, sales results and the company’s actual
performance compared to the business plans.
9. Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
10. Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
11. Responsible for the Operations of the finance department, set
goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
12. Coordinates monthly closing process.
13. Coordinate with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of
company finances is maintained.
Requirements:
1. Experience not less than 12 years.
2. Very Good English Language.
3. Excellent dealing with advanced ERP program.
4. Professional qualification such as CFA /CMA / CPA is an Asset.
5. A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting
principles
6. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
7. Able to Build, manage, guide and lead team to ensure appropriate
financial processes are being used
