Agility Egypt for Shipping and Freight Forwarding is hiring now Accountant
Location: Cairo – Heliopolis. (Males only).
Specific Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Follow up on credit and cash customers’ outstanding invoices
• Establish a good relationship with the customers and handle their disputed invoices and co-ordinate with internal relevant parties to reply to any clarifications might be received from the customers
• Calling the customers with overdue balances to assure the timely settlement
• Ensure the collections documents to be filed in accordance with established procedures
• Handling checks issuance related to operational needs
• Back up cash safe custodian on leaves and out of office days
• No audit or management letter points in own area of responsibility
• Ensure compliance with all local and global Finance SOPs
• Pro-actively making suggestions for improvements in procedures/savings
Requirements :-
• 2 years of relevant experience with front office exposure
• Good knowledge of the logistics business.
• Excellent level of English language.
• Good communication skills.
• Good knowledge of PC software (MS Office and Outlook mail).
• Detail-orientation, punctuality and responsible
