Job Title: Accountant
Job Location: Nasr City
Control of the budget and participation in the financial planning of projects.
Realize book-keeping and accounting, and preparation of the financial reports for the finances of the project according to ERC standards.
Prepare requests for disbursements as required by the ERC and assure their compliance with the frame of the project activities and to ERC standard financing policy and accordingly process and effect payment.
Collect invoices/receipts and assists in the preparation of the monthly financial reporting.
Assure the standard requirements of receipts and invoices (clear indication of products and services purchased, date, summary description of content and amount of invoices).
Verify accuracy of description of purchased items, vendor information; cost and assure its compliance with the stipulation and regulation of the ERC Financial Policy and Procedures.
Job Requirments :
BSC. in Accounting - English Section a must.
Excellent command of English Language.
From 2 to 4 years of experience.
