Sales Executives:
Job Description:
· Handling a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
· Developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs
· Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks
· Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
· Reporting on weekly basis to the Sales Manager about the ongoing and pending activities
· Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives, and submitting it to the Sales Manager
· Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
· Working in harmony with the sales team
Job Requirement:
· Bachelor Degree in relevant field
· An ability to deliver excellent customer experience
· Perfect usage of Office (MS Excel in particular)
· Understanding of sales performance metrics
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
· Willingness to learn high level IT technologies
