Main Responsibilities:-
- Develop,Manage and Implement the agreed brand marketing strategy so that that it is
aligned with the long-term strategic objectives of Emaar Marketing Department.
- Setting, updating & timely implementation of quarterly marketing plans of assigned
brands.
Obtaining response rate and evaluation of all implemented marketing activities.
- Initiate and develop new ideas & concepts that will further enhance the marketing plan.
- Monitoring overall budget of all developments on monthly basis to ensure compliance with
set marketing budgets.
- Years of the experience from 7 to 9 years.
- Real Estate experience is preferred.
- Graduated from Well Known University with Marketing Major.
