Customer Service Manager at LA ROCHE

LA ROCHE Furniture seeks to hire a Customer Service Manager
•BA in Degree.
•Minimum 3 years of work experience in the Call Center industry.
•Prefer preferred previous experience in furniture.

Job Description:-
•Manage and direct operational activities to achieve agreed goals, objectives and standards to ensure continuous service delivery and commitment (with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction) while increasing the efficiency of processes and systems to reduce direct operating costs.
•Defines and develops operating approaches to ensure call center standards and requirements are met.
•Provides Leadership to a large and diverse staff and ensures that everyone works towards unified vision.
•Maintains monthly operation reports reflecting all indication figures across all projects and presents to management.
•Negotiate and own all agreements with the customer regarding delivery roles or modifications required to obtain better business experience.

Language Skills:-
•Arabic language is Mandatory.
•Very good English
