Operation coordinator Required for a company working in the field of international tourism insurance situated in Heliopolis - Cairo with the following requirements:
Main Duties
• Assist the insured/subscriber in their medical help request
• In charge of following up on all operations regarding the company.
• Liaising with clients in person, over the phone or via email to discuss their requirements.
• Advising clients on suitable options which we have
Job Requirements
• Preferable Males only
• Very Good in English, Spanish, Russian or French language speaking and writing
• Bachelor degree in Arts, Alsun, Hotel and Tourism Management or equivalent.
• 0-2year experience in the field of Operation field
• Preferred Tourism awareness.
• Good in Microsoft Outlook and Office programs.
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and time management skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
