The role is responsible for providing technical support services to clients by proactively identifying technical incidents and problems. Through preemptive service incidents and resolution activities, This role will restore service to clients and seeing them through to an effective resolution. Their primary objective is to ensure all requests, process events and resolution incidents results in zero-missed SLA conditions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Communication Engineering or Computer science
Understanding LAN, WAN and telecommunication equipment
Basic Knowledge of routing protocols, High availability technologies and WAN optimization
Fluent English Language
