Gourmet Egypt is looking for an experienced and multi-tasking Executive assistant, who will be the first point of contact to Gourmet Egypt’s CEO. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Support Senior Management in an administrative and organizational capacity, which will entail organizing meetings with multiple internal & external parties and the board of directors
- Carry out all the necessary administrative tasks, such as: calendar maintenance, securing travel arrangements, general correspondence, memos, creating and editing presentations
- Prepare and review new business proposals, while adhering to the company’s policies
- Generate reports, presentations and briefs, in addition to day-to -day management of the CEO’s schedule
- Manage recurring and special projects and events
- Respond promptly to ad-hoc queries
Requirements:
• 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience is needed
• Excellent command of English language
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the Internet is required
