Senior Accountant
Location: New Cairo
Experience: Min. 2 years of experience
Salary: Negotiable
- Responsible for the Safe and Cash on Premise
- Responsible to get from Admins and send the below reports- Daily: -
- Headcount/workout by function and specify if they were cash or membership card
- Daily Cash-in and Cash-out both Cash and Visa
- Make sure all the above data are correctly input on the system
- Responsible for all bank related issues
- Manages all Admins and gets the above reports from each one of them and consolidates while adhocly validating the data
- Send weekly Cash-Flow report- Every Thursday
- Send monthly P/L on the 5th of the following month
- Send Quarterly closing report, and a status analysis vs. annual projections
- April 15th
- July 15th
- October 15th
- January 15th
- Creating annual Projections (P/L) report with targets and KPIs
- Share monthly Shareholder’s report- highlighting what has been paid, scheduling of all upcoming payments and the balance
