Job Title: Office manager

Requirements : 

• Females only
• Presentable 
• 3 year's experience in same role
• Fluent in English
• Experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Handle office administrative duties (telephone, time management, meeting/event administration, organization of reception of visiting teams and delegations).
• Keeping the confidentiality of the company's information.
• Manage the office daily activities.
• Coordinate purchase of office administrative supplies
• Excellent time management skills & ability to multi-task & prioritize work
• Attention to detail & problem-solving skills
• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.

Work Conditions:
• Location: First settlement 
• Working hours: 8 hours shifts
• Days off: two days
