Qualifications:
1-Experience not less than 1 year
2-Graduate from bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Job Responsibilities :
1-A CCNA certification is a must or another related courses
2-Handle customer support calls in a timely and accurate manner.
3-Provide first-level support to customer service requests.
4-Escalate complex support requests to relevant IT staffs for resolutions.
7-Plan and complete daily assigned tasks within deadlines.
Maintain confidentiality and security of company documents and customers.
8-Report system downtime and performance issues to Manager.
13-Conduct IT related training to new hires, users and technical teams as needed.
14-Analyze system issues and provide resolutions.
15-Recommend process improvements to ensure system reliability, scalability, security, integrity and performance.
16-Work in compliance with department safety and quality standards.
