Talent program candidates at Emaar Misr

2 Talent program candidates are needed in the following departments:

Policy & Business process:  
-Support in establishment & creation of policies, procedures, business processes, manuals and templates across Emaar Misr Departments.
- Conduct business understanding meetings with EM Departments.
- Draft the business understanding for each department policies & procedures in the Emaar Misr approved policy & procedures templates.
Candidates must have: Business Writing Skills. Excellent command of English (Verbal/Written). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent MS Word. MS Visio will be favorable. Ability to work under stress and tight deadlines. Awareness of Policies & Procedures will favorable.

Development Department:  
- Assist the Director and Development Manager in managing project components.
- Assist the Development Manager in preparation of project development briefs.
-Assist the Development Manager in preparation of Terms of Reference documents for appointment of consultants.
-Must be an Architect graduated from well known university.
-Major graphic design is pref red 
-Must have a presentation skills
