Forasna is hiring a Recruitment Consultant: 

•Work Location: Maadi - Transportation Available. 
•Job Requirements:
- 6 months : 2 years Experience with Blue & White collars- with large organization or recruitment agency is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written English.
- Maintain great customer satisfaction.
- Superior phone Communication skills.
- Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with clients and team members; work as a team player.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner.

•Job Description: 
- Check the quality of the online Job posts on FORASNA for Blue & White collars.
- Consult FORASNA clients on there hiring and recruitment needs.
- Monitor the jobs added and assessing the quality of the applied candidates.
Help the Clients with the filtration process on their added jobs.
- Follow with the clients and making sure that their demands are met.
- Recommending Job Seekers profiles for our clients and making sure that they are satisfied.
