Cost Control Engineer at GAMA

Position: Cost Control Engineer 
Education: Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Experience: From 2 to 5 years of experience
Location: Site based

Duties and Tasks:
• Identify cost elements, such as project expenses, materials, machinery, and labor.
• Work aligned with the Senior Cost Control Engineer to identify the deviation between the planned budgets versus the actual.
• Prepare material waste and manpower productivity reports.
• Prepare a monthly reports of project cost status and provide a feedback to all the concerned parties.
• Recommend corrective actions when cost overrun occurs regarding the cost of the material, machines, and manpower after analyzing warehouse, subcontractors, and timesheet reports.
• Ensure the cost coding system is properly applied and information flow is correct.

Required Skills:
• Excellent knowledge of cost elements and monitoring methods of project control expense. 
• Good knowledge in construction elements breakdown and details.
• Excellent English Language.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS office and ERP System.
