Responsibilities:
- Manage the sourcing process to meet manpower plan requirements.
- Screen resumes versus job descriptions.
- keep the database updated
- Conduct face to face interviews and evaluate the selected candidates.
- Follow up with the selected candidates during and after hiring procedures.
Send job offer emails to accepted candidates that include the required hiring papers
Requirements :
- Proven work experience at least 3-5 years in recruitment
- Experience in hiring blue collar & white collar is a must
- Experience in retail is preferred
- HR diploma or certificate is preferred
