1- Software Operational support
Job description :
- The aim of the role is to work as part of a team on to provide 24/7 operational support,
- Identifies operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results
- high availability and stability.
- investigating complaints and suggestions,incident management "with SLA" and stakeholder communication,
Deployment, Monitoring, scheduling/running of system backups, system upgrades, preventative maintenance, system troubleshooting, logs review, etc.
Qualifications :
- 4-year Bachelors’ Degree in IT
- Knowledge of SQL, ability to write queries and scripts
- Knowledge of Linux, ability to write queries and scripts
- Knowledge of read a code, ability to write queries and scripts (java & Java script)
- Knowledge of read the logs.

2- Python and web developer
-Expert in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework (preferably Django)
-Good understanding of front-end technologies, such as VueJs, React
-Experience with Git or other version control systems
