Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
• Lead categories in terms of growth, strategy & communication and assumes P&L responsibility in line with company targets and ambition
• Lead and develop marketing and business plans for the relevant category as well as driving innovation
• Lead relevant consumer and market insights and execute marketing plans with excellence in line with profitable growth
• Development of communication material and plans OTIF, in coordination with local and international agencies, global and regional teams and in line with brand guidelines
• Lead the innovation process management of NPDs with cross functional team including ability to issue business cases and stage gates
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 8+ years of experience, in which 2 years managing a category, FMCG background is a must
• Perfect communication skills,Ability to develop and coach others
• Good business acumen, ability to analyze business, competitive and research data
• Passionate about marketing and consumers, able to balance short and long term goals, multi-task between several projects simultaneously
• Eager and able to work with people from different cultural backgrounds
