Job Description

• Inputs invoices into the accounting financial system
• As assigned, reconciles and documents vendor accounts which include interacting with the vendor representation
• Coordinates new vendor onboarding with multiple departments
• Researches and trouble shoots Accounts Payable questions or issues
• Cross-trains on all key responsibilities across accounts payable functions
• Adhere to Accounts Payable procedures and policies
• Performs all other related duties as assigned
• Highly organized and multi-task oriented person who can work independently
• Ability to communicate with business contacts and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner even in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
