PMO Manager at CPAS


CPAS is Hiring PMO Manager

Main Responsibilities and Duties:
• Consult for Contractual Documents. (BOQ /Special Conditions).
• Contract Management & Administration and Schedule Follow up.
• Shop Drawings follow up (QA).
• Risk Register & Risk Response Planning.
• Develops the project budget /Project schedule Baseline/ the risk management plans).
• Measures individual and overall team performance Leads the project team- design activities .
• Measures the project design performance against the project baseline; analyzes work performance data determining variances from baseline and identifies its impact on the project constraints.

Professional experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 1+ years of experience of project management .
    •Proficiency in Microsoft Project skills.
    •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
    •Solid experience of Project Management techniques / methodologies.
    •PMP Certification is a nice to have.
 •Engineering experience is an Asset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, data display and reporting skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and Challenging Deadlines.
• Good Analytical brain.
