Qualifications: 6-7 years’ experience in food/dairy research with at least 3 years in Managerial position.

Job Description:
• Supervise on any new product trial including raw material sourcing, lab and industrial trails, testing, shelf life.
• Submit specification to quality control.
• Audit product launch and evaluate its success in the market.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities whilst maintaining effective results.
• Responsible for the reformation, continuous improvement of all Juhayna products across the group.
• Coordination with ARLA on the new project development including processes and recipes.
• Supervise on the pilot plant.
