HR generalist – Executive level
Summary:
responsible for Recruitment, Personnel and payroll.
Duties:
Recruitment process (sourcing, filtering, scheduling interviews, interview candidates)-Blue collars.
Contact the third party for providing temp workers as per budget & production plan.
Administer payroll, leaves, attendance, benefits, and other HR programs.
Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Updates employees’ data sheets.
Manage fleet transportation – End to end cycle as per the current budget.
Manage medical insurance cycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in HR field or any relevant degree from a reputable company
3-5 years of exp in FMCG
