General Manager

A start up company specialized in e-learning in Egypt is Hiring:

General Manager
Responsibilities

1. Establishing and Build up the company by recruiting, interviewing, hiring.
2. Participates in formulating and administering company policies.
3. Define and implement policies and performance standards.
4. Evaluate employee performance and provide additional coaching and support as needed.
5. Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine company progress toward stated goals and objectives.
6. Develops, reviews, updates and implements business strategic planning, including sales, financial performance and new product development.
7. Oversees company departments to review operating reports and resolve operational problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays and to meet future growth.

Competencies

·At least 5 year Experience in management, especially in financial, HR management and business development 
· Ability to establish a company, build and lead a teamwork
· fluent in English reading, writing and speaking
