Nile Cold store is looking for an experienced General Manager to control and oversee all business operations, departments and ventures.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders.
- Follow up the performance of all departments (Accounting – Purchasing – Supply Chain – Logistics – Operations – HR ... etc.)
- Ensure company policies and procedures are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times.
- Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures.
- Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
- Review all submitted reports from all departments.
- Identify opportunities to improve work environment and daily tasks.
- Analyze problematic situations and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as General Manager or other managerial position for not less than 5 years.
• BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; Certification in Management would be preferable.
• Age: From 28 to 40.
• Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
