Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls and customers’ inquiries.
• Respond to all customers’ requests through emails.
• Attracts potential comers by answering all kinds of questions about the company products and services.
• Identify and asses customers’ needs to reach higher levels of satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and company's policy.
•Take the extra mile to engage more individuals in our community.
