Residence Development is hiring the following positions :
**Must have Real Estate Experience**
1- CRM Supervisor

The CRM Supervisor is responsible for handling the client’s requests as per company policies and procedures. Also collaborating with other departments to ensure the CRM strategy is being implemented well.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. 
• At least 5 years experience in CRM. 
• Time management skill. 
• Leadership skill. 
• Analytical and problem solving skills. 
• Communication Skill. 

2- CRM Representative

The CRM Representative is responsible to meet the client’s requests as per company policies and procedures and solve complaints, while maintaining customers ‘satisfaction.

Qualifications: 
• Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent. 
• At least 2 years experience in CRM. 
• Time management skill. 
• Problem solving skills. 
• Communication Skill.
