Job Title: Country Manager
Main Job Duties:
1 - Managing the company " Business wise and employees relation" and working on the business progress cycle.
2 - Will be responsible for , Overseeing Operation and projects management, marketing management.
3 - Includes clearly communicating specific local requirements and providing accurate information to individuals/teams regarding performance expectations/targets.
4- Ensure optimum application of standard processes by working alongside the wider team to observe compliance with best practices. Provide employee feedback and coaching as needed to achieve the required standards/compliance.
5- Responsible about the technical development department and following up with them.
Job Requirements:
- At least 7 years Experience as a country manager or management operation preferred in Software company
- Fluency English Language (Written and spoken).
