Account Manager at SKY Consultancy


SKY Consultancy is now hiring " Account Manager " 

Requirements:
0 – 1 Years of experience
Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field

Responsibilities:
1-Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
2-Develop positive relationships with clients 
3-Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
4-Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks 
5-Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
6-Report on the status of accounts and transactions
7-Promote new products/services to existing customers.
