Support Engineers at SOC


SOC “Security Operations Center”  support Engineers are needed

Solid Knowledge of Cyber/Information Security
Solid Knowledge of Q-Radar Security tool
Solid Knowledge of Alien vault tool
Solid Knowledge of Splunk
CISSP, Ethical Hacking certificate is a plus

Education:
BCs Engineering in Computer or Communications.

Competence:
Excellent communication Skills in both written and oral.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Work and be measured against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Provide clients with clear, concise updates regarding their incident and problems.
Participate in a 24X7X365 rota.
Team player.
Self-motivated.
Ownership.

Skills:
2 - 5 years’ experience.
Manage International customers.
ITIL v3 foundation is a plus.
Basic knowledge of IP Networks, Routing & Switching, VoIP, and Security.
Basic knowledge of System Admin: Microsoft.
