Service Desk 

Job Description: 

* To take the ownership and responsibility of an issues related to end users from start through to a successful resolution& to provide the users ticket no# from his/her tracking tools 
* To redirect the incidents or requests to the next level including his/her basic troubleshooting 
* To document the resolution actions and the details description in his/her daily reports 
* To follow the IT procedure, policy & standards software 
* To monitor & install system,network& telecommunication devices 
* To provide a monthly report on the status of IT assets such as PC’s, attendance machines, DVR,Switch’s, modems,servers,.... etc.
* To support IT Management during projects or majors incidents, technology change& updates

Requirements: 

* Bachelor Degree: Computer Science or equivalent 
* CCNA&MSCA is a must 
* Fresh Graduate 
* Work location: 6th Of October 
* Transportation is provided 
* Salary: Negotiable
