A leading company providing complete architectural solutions requires the following:
Position: Senior Interior Designer / Sales
Division: Wood

Qualifications & Competencies:
- Industry recognized Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture
- Master degree in Interior Design is a plus
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a reputable organization
- Experience in the same industry (wood interior design) is necessary
- Should have knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D max , Pytha and Pre- Sales System
- Should be innovative and creative
- Should have good communication skills and should be customer oriented
- Should have good technical knowledge and problem solving ability
- Good command of English language, Arabic language is A MUST
- Previous GCC / ME experience is preferable
- Flexibility in working and coping with people's diversity
- Nationality : Egyptian / Any
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research customer needs to develop designs and application of related products to meet these needs
- If Site Plans are provided:
- Analyze engineering plans and related data and drawings to determine design factors such as size, shape and arrangement of parts.
- Prepare initial products quotation.
- Prepare and develop drawings, models, images, material & mood boards and other documents relating to the design
- Prepare final designs that meet customers' needs using HAC approved design tools and related final product quotations
- Set the right customer expectations related to contract terms and conditions as well as delivery and installation services and its related dates
- Prepare Sales Contact and all related documents to obtain customer signature to close the deal
- Put his best efforts forward to persuade customers to apply the HAC full product range to their needs
- Creates customer awareness of HAC's other services and products to increase cross-selling opportunities
- Properly feed and utilize Pre-Sales and HAC ERP on a daily basis
- Participate in providing inputs that might lead to development of new products and modification of existing products in related parties
- Take responsibility for the development of the design and the project based on the inputs from customers
- Able to understand and formulate design decisions and present for discussion
- Able to use a variety of media in the development and documentation of a design project
- Able to take initiative in response to direction or instruction
- Able to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritize duties and work effectively under pressure
