Resident Engineer - Architecture/ Buildings
Salary to $16K USD per month, plus benefits
The Resident Engineer will be responsible for providing Resident Engineering CM for the Architectural and Build disciplines for the a Major masterplan development in Bahrain
Responsibilities:
Work with the architects and engineers of record and other key stakeholders in the Onsite Engineering and delivery.
Collaborate with and/or supervise other project team members, while interfacing with the client and stakeholders, project managers etc.
Oversee and advise on cost expectations and document progress, and quality reporting on potential changes and claims, risk and changes to scope of work.
Project Reporting of work progress, site issues and resolution.
Chair weekly progress meetings, create contractor and engineer interface. Track and/or monitor technical submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, or change orders and other similar documents, and QAQC, HSE
Candidate will be:
Middle east based.
Degree in Civil, Architectural or Construction Management preferred.
(P.E.) license or CCM certification preferred.
Experienced in Malls and Hospitallity.
A minimum of 10 years of RE/ CoW. inspection.
