Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Job summary:

Our organization is currently looking for a skilled operations coordinator who is goal-oriented and self-motivated. 
The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining client and vendor relations in addition to performing a variety of scheduling, procurement and managing inventory. 

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy office environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing were required.

We’ve been selected as one of the most promising Egyptian startups according to Forbes magazine and we’re proudly Egypt’s number 1 on-the-go smartphone repair service and are on our way to become Mena’s number 1. 

Requirements:
• 0-3 years of experience
• Fluent in verbal/written English & Arabic 
• Open to direction, an adopter of a collaborative work style and committed to get the job done
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• PMP certification is a plus
