• SNMP for Linux
• System/storage monitoring 

SOC “Security Operations Center” Engineer (2 Resources) 
• Solid Knowledge of Cyber/Information Security
• Solid Knowledge of Q-Radar Security tool
• Solid Knowledge of Alien vault tool
• Solid Knowledge of Splunk
• CISSP, Ethical Hacking certificate is a plus.

Service Desk Support: (1 Resource) 
• Solid knowledge of Windows server
• Good knowledge of O365
• Basic knowledge of network
• Troubleshoot skills
• Good knowledge of backup solutions

Procurement (1 Resource) 
• Solid Knowledge of Sales and Billing cycle
• Solid Knowledge of IT Procurement 
• Presales support
• Quotation
• Consultant
• Tele-sale
