HR Personnel coordinator

- Location : Alexandria
- Working hours : 8.30 am - 4.30 pm ( except fri. & sat.)
About the Job :
* dealing with Labor office and social insurance office.
* Ensure that all documents in the employee file comply with the documents needed as set by the Labor Law and Social Insurance.
* Organize and maintain personnel records.
* Maintain employee data files and create records for new employees.
* Proceed Form no. 1 & no. 6 for employees
Receive & Review Hiring documents for all new hiring candidates.
* Proceed contracts for employees.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
* 0-1 Year of experience. ( fresh graud is preferable )
* Knowledge of both Egypt Labor & social insurance law
* Good knowledge of all MS.
* Good communication skills with all levels in the work environment.
