HR Generalist at Rashideen Egypt For Trade

Rashideen Egypt For Trade (RETC) is hiring “HR Generalist”
with the following criteria :

• Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 2 years experience in HR.
• Preferred previous experience in FMCG industry.
• Male / Female.
• Excellent commend of English (written and spoken)
• Excellent of Microsoft office capabilities

Job Description:
• Review current structure, check vacancies and related issues to create action plans to cover the gaps.
• Screen CVs sent from sourcing, conduct phone interview and set HR/Technical interview appointment with the qualified candidates “Cairo – Governorates”.
• Share in building the annual performance appraisal system [select proper method – set the evaluation aspects – give orientation to HOD and delegated evaluators on how to implement the appraisal system] that reflects on employees increase and recommended trainings.
• Perform Job analysis and Update job description.
• Participate in salary surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
• Provide support to HR team in projects assigned by HR manager or working on cross functional project teams.
