We are looking for an “Executive Secretary”

Location: Maadi-Cairo
Working hours from 9 to 5
2 days off (Friday & Saturday)
Job Description:
• Responsible for all the admin work to ensure the smooth running of the office day-to-day.
• Handling correspondence.
• Maintaining executive’s agenda and organizing appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
• Attending meetings and keep minutes
• Receiving phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate
• Implementing and maintaining procedures and systems.
• General secretarial work and reception duties.
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree is a MUST
• Expert of using MS Office
• Very good in English "speaking, reading and writing"
• Good appearance
• Females only
• Organized
• Hard worker
• Flexibility
• Can work under pressure
