- Apple Technical Support Specialist
Key responsibilities:
-Provide Level 1 direct support for troubleshooting technical issues for Apple Products, Apple iOS/macOS. -Escalates issues to next level require.
-Identify, evaluate and solve end-user Apple problems.
Requirements:
1- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
2- Bachelor’s Degree.
3- 1 – 2 years' experience working in a service-oriented, technical support or related Field
4- Familiarity with Apple products and Operating Systems.
5- Fast Learner, good multitasking, team work skills and follow assignments through to completion.
