About the Job:

Insideout is searching for new fresh motivated canditates Whom will be responsible for
-finding new clients based on the given information
-closing new deals
-Total responsible for the given sites
-Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures
-Managing budgets and project resources
-Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries
-Making sure the project complies with legal requirement
-Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time
Job Requirements:

Engineering Degreein Civil Engineering or architecture engineering
Experience in dealing with Contractors, supplies and vendors, consultants…etc
Good knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
Perfect communication and negotiation skills
Will and ability to close deals and convince new clients
