Relationship Managers /Junior Sales Officer

For one of the leading leasing companies in Egypt Relationship managers or sales officers are required:
Requirement:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year in financial institutions preferably in leasing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent English and Arabic reading and writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills are a must, a people’s person.
- Customer care focused.
- Good credit and risk understanding.
- Good computer skills.

Job Responsibility:
- Source new clients and maintain, develop, and handle existing client relationships.
- Conduct cold calls as well as calls on existing clients.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare marketing reports.
- Efficiently structure the deal mechanism for each lease transaction.
- Maintain professional relations with clients and ensure quality customer satisfaction service.
- Achieve set annual planned KPIs and financial targets.
