IT help desk for Alwatania  poultry company.

About the Job:

• All Hardware Installations and store keeping
• Technical Support for Hardware’s
• Cams installations in other branches
• handle Zero Client and domain admin 
• Daily Back-up
• Users Data Backup & Shared Folders
• Assist in Network when needed
• Administration Tasks (Windows, Antivirus)

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or any relevant to IT field.
- Experience from 2 to3 years in help desk IT operations, network & supporting users for software & hardware troubleshooting.
- Full dedication to work & immaculate ethical standards
- Customer Orientation & Supportive Attitude
- Ability to Learn & acquire new responsibilities.

Work condition :
- Location : 6 oct , Egypt
- working hours : 9 hours / per day
- off Days : 2 Days /per week
