Position : HR Specialist
Computer skills : Excellent
English Language : Excellent 
Salary : Negotiable
Location : Giza 
Years of experience from : 2 : 3 
Hospitality experience is a plus 

Job Functions:
- Assists the HR Manager in the execution of the Performance Appraisal system among the company employees.
- Assists the compensations and benefits Supervisor in payroll preparation .
- Assists the HR Manager in the Recruitment process .
- Assists the Compensation & Benefits Supervisor in the medical healthcare issues and handling the expenses of the staff .

Technical Skills:
- Excellent command of reading, writing & speaking English Language.
- UNIVERSITY GRADUATE WITH A BACHELOR’S DEGREE - PREFERABLY IN commerce & business administration .
ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in similar position
- Very Strong Analytical Skills
- Experience with the country labor law , social insurance and taxation law.
- Patient with a high service passion.
- Full awareness of the company policies & procedures.
- Recruitment, training , payroll preparation knowledge is a plus
