Executive Assistant


Required for a commercial company "Executive Assistant to Chairman":

Job Description: 

-  Working closely with the Chairman and upper management Team through regular correspondence, arrange meetings even in or out the organization and prepare briefing materials for the Chairman, produce reports when required.
- Administrative and functional activities include but are not limited to: Taking phone calls; planning events, organizing travel and preparing travel itineraries, maintaining personal and business files; corporate record keeping for multiple entities; note taking & creating documentation filing, storage & retrieval of business and personal activities.
- Able to adapt quickly, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize. 
- To provide administrative services to field offices such as responding to queries, issuing memos and following up on Chairman Requests.
- To comply with all policies, procedures, legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinates operations of Chairman’s office including reception, document preparation & control internal communications.
- The flexibility to work additional/out of hours as necessary to fulfill the requirements of the role and meet the business needs.

Knowledge/Skills:
- Very good knowledge with English Language writes and speaks.
- High Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Related Field if possible. 

Job details:
- Working hours: from 9 am to 5 pm.
- One day off ( Friday) 
- Location: Qualioub (Preferred Shoubra , Shoubra El Kheima and Qualiobia residents )
- Medical and social insurance
