Administrative Secretary at Ultimate Pharma


Administrative Secretary is needed for new established pharmaceutical company in Borg Elarab, 4th industrial area, Alexandria.

Main Responsibilities:
- Data Entry 
- Handle Correspondence
- Process and File Documents
- Monitor Supplies
- Respond to Customers/Public

Requirements:
- 0-3 Years' experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
- Bachelor Degree related to "Business Administration"
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Work Conditions:
- 2 Days off / week.
- 8.5 Working hours including .5 hour lunch time.
- Transportation & Meals are provided.
