Web Developer

Summary of Responsibilities:
• Writing code in one or more programming or scripting languages, such as PHP or JavaScript
• Planning and prototyping new applications
• Designing the architecture of the components of an application
• Deciding on the best technologies and languages for the project
• Testing sites and applications in different browsers and environments
• problem solving
• Testing new features thoroughly to ensure they perform the correct task in all cases
• Running performance benchmarking tests
• Documenting code so other developers can understand and contribute to it
• designing information architecture within an application or website.
Qualifications and Technical Competences:
• Technical degree. Relevant subjects include:computer science, informatics, software engineering, web design and development.
• strong graphic design skills
• Excellent understanding of HTML and CSS techniques and familiarity with database technologies, including PHP and MySQL.
Language Skills
• Very good English and Arabic cation skills
Work Experience
• 3 – 5 years relevant experience
