Vendor Coordinator at Saudi Soft

We're looking for “Vendor Coordinator” to join our team.

Job Description:
The Vendor Coordinator role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of vendor translation / localization services. The Vendor Coordinator is responsible for ensuring contractual compliance , prioritization of work , and coordination and communication across the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with vendor partners to ensure that all necessary paper work is completed in a timely manner.
• Create , track, and maintain a database of vendors and compliance status.
• Preparation of monthly diversified vendor payment reporting and prompt payment certificates.
• Mange the needs and expectations of vendors , staff , and upper management.
• Follow up on vendor invoices for payment.

Education and Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent English 
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Word / Excel / Power point
• Good Communication , Negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
• Experience: 0 : 2 years
• Age: 21:25
• Gender: Any
• Location: EL – Mohandiseen
