Technical Support Engineer


The VMware team in Egypt is hiring, we are looking for the following profiles:

Experience needs:
- Technical Support Engineer - L1 (Multiple) - (0 to 2 years’ experience)
- Technical Support Engineer - L2 (Multiple) - (2 to 6 years’ experience)

Technical Skills (As many as possible - All is not a must):
1) Windows Administration
2) Linux Administration
3) Network
4) Storage
5) Backup and recovery as (Networker, Avamar, Veam, VMware SRM)
6) Data Base
7) vSphere data center (ESXi, VCenter, Web Client)
8) NSX
9) vSAN

Language Skills:
- Fluent English language is a must
- Second Language is a plus (French or German preferred)

Interpersonal Skills:
- Persistence & grit
- Agility & flexibility
- Self-driven & self-learner
- Team player
- Goal oriented

Work conditions:
- Complete flexibility to work shifts (working hours and working days) as well as US based hours
