Job description:
We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software and hardware. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly.
Responsibilities:
Administrate the servers like SAP ,DB, CRM, Web , Kaspersky and Email ...
Manage network servers and technology tools
Install and manage Thin Clients and Set up accounts and workstations
Prepares all weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and any other reports upon request.
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
Build, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware enhancements, application deployments and infrastructure up-grades.
Planning, Implementing and Maintaining the Infrastructure of the company
Implementing, supporting and troubleshooting the company’s network
Supporting the Back End Network Infrastructure that's included Database , SAP Servers
Handling Domains, Active directory a, DHCP server , Microsoft Exchange and Create & Maintain servers policies and servers security standards
Follow the Company Policy and Procedures in Running Secure Information Technology environment
Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure and Troubleshoot issues and outages
Make recommendation for new equipment’s & service to purchase.
Managing and providing guidance to junior members of the team.
Job Requirements:
Background experience not less than 5 years in system administration
BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
Experience with networks (LAN, WAN) , databases and patch management
Extensive experience in MS. Windows Server; Active Directory, Domain Controller DNS, DHCP, Creating User Accounts, Group policy.
Deep experience with Firewalls, Web Servers, Virtualization software and Private Clouds.
Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Servers Management (Hyper-V/ Azure / O365/Windows Server 2012/2016) and data backup/recovery
Professional certification: MCITP/ MCSA /MCSE/ CCNA.
